Announcing the Grand Opening of BooBanker NFT store!!!
This Friday, 10.30.20 @ 5 pm UTC, we will be releasing our first minted NFTs for sale in our very own BooBanker shop. All NFTs will be payable with $BOOB or $ECTO only.
The items in store will include, but not be limited to:
- Music tracks, digital audio clips, exclusive BooBanker remixes
- Pictures and drawings
- Animations
- Storybook volumes, with added scarcity as the story progresses
- BooBanker “Collector” cards
- …and much more on the horizon
Prices will start around 0.1 Eth (in $BOOB or $ECTO) and go up from there, depending on the rarity of the collectibles. We are so very excited to share the amazing works of the artists that have been creating these specialized NFTs for our community. Get ready for some real treats!
Emission cuts
Also on Friday @ 12pm UTC the first emission cuts for yield pools will occur, resulting in emissions being reduced from 0.5 $BOOB to 0.25 $BOOB per block.
The mechanism by which the emission cuts occur is affectionately known as “BoobyTrap”. 0.25 of each $BOOB minted from yield pools gets trapped by a ghost pool and is gone forever.
This move will ensure that we continue to burn at a high rate thus increasing the value of each token as buy, sells and stakes occur. With enough volume, the token amount will actually decrease.
Halloween contest
To celebrate the release of our NFT shop we will be hosting an extraordinary Halloween contest starting Friday and culminating on Saturday. More details will be released closer to the contest start, so you DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS ONE!!
